Trade Ledger is a credit-lending and asset management platform. I was hired to create the entire design function from scratch. Develop a design system to support up to 7 different engineering squads based in London and Sydney.

As Principal IC, I also Improved the end-to-end (e2e) product UX, allowing Trade Ledger to be vetted as a vendor for Virgin Australia and Barclays Debtor Finance. Advised clients on translating manual paper processes into digital environments. Consistently tested and improved the product experience and provided "levelling-up" guides to support designer career growth.
