Expert360 is an online marketplace that connects over 25,000 qualified Experts — with businesses looking to fulfil contract or project based work. Consultants spend too much time and effort applying to projects and this is not proportionate to their likelihood of getting a response from the client. Additionally, application statements are generally too long and not relevant to the project the consultant is applying to. My goal was to reduce time spent applying and assessing applicants by improving the e2e user experience.
