Helped Sauce launch its BETA product and start to generate revenue. Addressed all structural usability issues, create and maintain a design system of UI components. Redesigned the marketing site and ran weekly usability sessions with customers. Designed product solutions for engineers across 4 streams. I enabled Sauce AI to grow from $0 to over US$522K ARR in less than 6 months. Secured and supported key customers such as Atlassian, Whatnot, Linktree, and ZIP Money. Having all customer feedback analysed by Sauce AI.

Developed all design operations and built a design team from a single junior into a multidisciplinary team of four (2 juniors, 2 seniors). Managed all design needs across the PDLC and led product testing. Established a design system from scratch; coached designers and engineers on maintaining a mature system. Guided brand strategy while delivering marketing and sales assets for external teams.

Create the entire design function from scratch. Develop a design system to support up to 7 different engineering squads based in London and Sydney. Improved the end-to-end (e2e) product UX, allowing Trade Ledger to be vetted as a vendor for Virgin Australia and Barclays Debtor Finance. Advised clients on translating manual paper processes into digital environments. Consistently tested and improved the product experience and provided "levelling-up" guides to support designer career growth.

Hired, mentored, and coached the design team while implementing design sprints and prioritising designers across all squads. Set quarterly design goals and established practical design principles to guide decision-making. Created and maintained a Design System for cross-functional consumption by designers and engineers. Reduced the average application duration for "Experts" from 3 days to 30–40 minutes. Increased the proportion of clients clicking "Interview" (vs. Expert360’s internal team) from approximately 40% to 70%.

Applied user-centered design to create interfaces for a project helping students from disadvantaged backgrounds enter tertiary education for the first time. Synthesised Flow Systems’ (Australia’s largest recycled-water facility) brand hierarchy and guidelines across all internal and customer-facing communications. Led visual direction, interface design, and client presentations for the NPO and sustainability sectors. Trained interns in interaction design approaches and development workflows. Collaborated with the design team to plan and facilitate participatory design workshops.

Designed responsive digital experiences for Cerebral Palsy Foundation’s fundraising platforms. Designed all brochure-ware and online interactive TV guides for TiVo Australia. Conducted research and design for CaterCare’s meal booking app to improve the experience for aged care residents and their families. Performed quality assessment and product testing with developers prior to deployment.
