I’m an inclusive and collaborative design lead. I’ve been designing user experiences for SaaS since 2008. For things like employment marketplaces, commercial credit lending platforms, short-form video messaging tools, and in the last two years; a native AI user-research application: Sauce AI.
Between 2017 — 2023 I started leading and educating design teams. Building strategic design-functions within businesses that valued the connection between user research and business outcomes.

In 2012 I spent two years at Digital Eskimo: A studio focussed on social impact and environmental change in Australia. I managed brand assets for “Flow systems” — Australia’s largest recycled water facility across two years. And conducted usability testing for sites that supported Australians from low-income backgrounds find pathways into tertiary study. I also co-facilitated design workshops with First Nations peoples, NGOs, NFP, and government funded initiatives.
Since 2023 I’ve been at Sauce: an AI product that analyses customer feedback across all teams, analysing 1000s of pieces of data each minute. Providing real-time insights personalised to each individual. Our key customers are Atlassian, Whatnot, Linktree, and ZIP.
I graduated from the Design Centre Enmore: Advanced Diploma in Visual Communication (2007) in Visual Identity, Typography, Design Law and Protection, Design Theory, Culture, and Communication — with Distinction. In 2012 I started part-time courses in Vis-Comm at UTS. I was admitted directly into the 3rd year of design practice. Working directly with the Head of design on a social-impact project called “Ngiya”. A not-for-profit legal practice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and communities.
